Demineralised whey powder is produced through nano-filtration, Ion exchange, evaporation, crystilisation and spray drying. It is used in bakery, confectionary, biscuits, bread, ice-cream & instant milk foods etc.

Spray dried uncrystallised sweet whey powder is manufactured from sweet, fresh and clean whey powder released during cheese production, where only heat labile microbial rennet has been used. After separation of the cheese fines and butterfat, the whey powder is evaporated and spray dried. The final product is a fine free-flowing hygroscopic powder.
The product does not contain any preservatives.

The product is manufactured in the European Union (EU) and corresponds to all European standards according to regulation 92/46/EWG. It is produced from 100% fresh raw milk by a spray drying process, with fat contents of min 26%, without any supplements, antibiotics, colorants or foreign flavors.

The SMC is manufactured in the European Union from fresh cow milk and is in accordance with all European standards (directive 92/46/EWG). The product is made by the method of vacuum evaporation. The milk is pasteurized for 15 seconds at min. 72ºC.
