Spray Dried Sweet Wheypowder Print E-mail

Spray dried uncrystallised sweet whey powder is manufactured from sweet, fresh and clean whey powder released during cheese production, where only heat labile microbial rennet has been used. After separation of the cheese fines and butterfat, the whey powder is evaporated and spray dried. The final product is a fine free-flowing hygroscopic powder.
The product does not contain any preservatives.

It is manufactured under strict hygienic conditions and does not contain any foreign material or known substance which may present a health risk to the consumer.

Directions for Use
To be used in the bakery and confectionary industries as well as in milk substitutes (humans and calves) according to the formulations of the end products.
